Since our products are made to fit your needs,
it is difficult to exchange and return them.
Unless goods are (1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturer fault
and /or (2) incorrect goods deliver by us.
Procedures are normally accepted within 7 days after you recieved,
as reported to us by Q&A.

Exchange / Refund due to defective products
If you think the product is defective,
please inform it with pictures on the Q&A.
After checking the contents, if it is found to be faulty by us,
we will help you with exchange and refund processing.
Again, all of these procedures are accepted only within 7 days
after receiving the goods that we can check in Q&A.
For no particular reason,
if you would like to exchange for a return,
please register on Q&A within 7 days after receiving it.
In advance, there is a penalty
and you must pay for return overseas delivery cost.
Exchange, refund procedures will be performed,
when the return shipping cost and product are confirmed by us.

within 7 days after you receive products are not accepted.
The product is deformed or damaged by customer carelessness.
